If you reside outside metro area delivery usually takes 1-3 days. For some remote locations, it can take 1-5 days. For a guaranteed time-sensitive delivery please use express or overnight shipping options.

Your order will be delivered between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and dispatched as quickly as possible. As all our goods are for events and exhibitions so our team is always on the run to get your items delivered before your given deadline.

The delivery date will be affected by:

(a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;

(b) Your final email approval of artwork files;

(c) Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply.
