Upload artwork for your order

Your artwork goes on the order itself, so it never gets separated from the job. You do not need a password — your order number is your key.

  1. Sign in to your accountUse the email address you ordered with, plus your order number from the confirmation email. A quote number works too.
  2. Open the orderYour orders are listed newest first.
  3. Press “Upload artwork” on the itemOne file per item, so we always know which artwork belongs to which sign. PDF is best; AI, EPS, PNG and JPG are fine.

Can’t sign in, or the file is too big?

Email sales@vividads.com.au with your order number in the subject line, or call 1300 721 614 and we will take it from there. Nothing goes to print until your artwork is with us.
