our turnaround works
Your dispatch timeline starts only after all of the following are completed:
- Your order is placed
- Payment is completed
- Your artwork proof is approved
If any of the above is still pending, your production timeline has not started yet.
3:00 pm cut-off for production
If your artwork proof is approved and payment is completed before 3:00 pm Melbourne time on a business day, your order will move into that business day’s production schedule.
If your artwork proof is approved after 3:00 pm, your order will move into the next business day’s production schedule.
When will my order be ready for dispatch?
For most eligible products with a standard 24-hour production time:
- Approved and paid before 3:00 pm on a business day
Your order will generally be ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm on the next business day - Approved and paid after 3:00 pm on a business day
Your order will generally be ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm on the following business day
Easy examples
- Approved Monday before 3:00 pm → Ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm Tuesday
- Approved Monday after 3:00 pm → Ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm Wednesday
- Approved Friday before 3:00 pm → Ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm Monday
- Approved Friday after 3:00 pm → Ready for dispatch or pickup from 2:00 pm Tuesday
Important note about larger quantities
Our standard production time applies to eligible products and standard order quantities.
Larger quantities, bulk orders, multi-item jobs, or more complex production requirements may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, our team will advise you as early as possible.
If your deadline is important, we recommend contacting us before placing the order so we can confirm the expected dispatch date.
Business days only
All production times are based on business days only.
This means they do not include:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- Public holidays
Delivery time is separate from production time
Production time and delivery time are separate.
Your order may be ready for dispatch quickly, but the courier delivery timeframe starts after dispatch, not from the time you place the order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
- Melbourne Metro: 1 business day
- Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
- Brisbane Metro: 2–3 business days
- Canberra Metro: 1–2 business days
- Adelaide Metro: 1–2 business days
- Perth Metro: 4–5 business days
- Hobart Metro: 4–5 business days
- Darwin Metro: 6–7 business days
- Regional areas: Additional time may apply
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, remote access constraints, or peak periods.
Same-Day Service
For selected eligible products, we also offer Same-Day Service.
If approved and paid during business hours, eligible orders can be ready for dispatch or pickup within 6 business hours from approval, subject to product eligibility and production capacity.
If approval happens later in the day, any remaining business hours roll into the next business day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email.
