Your exact freight cost is calculated at checkout — shown before you pay, never estimated. Signage is bulky, made-to-order freight, so rather than hiding it in the price we calculate the real rate for your products and postcode, itemised on your order. Prefer $0 shipping? Pickup from our Derrimut VIC facility is free.
How shipping works
Every item is printed to order in our own Melbourne facility — size, quantity and finish set the shipping weight and dimensions.
We quote the live carrier rate for your exact order and address. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no estimates, no surprises on the invoice.
Orders ship with StarTrack, Australia Post or Aramex. Tracking is emailed at dispatch (allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan).

When will it arrive?
Two clocks run on every order: production — 24 production hours after you approve your proof (artwork approved by 3pm counts as that day) — then transit on top. Transit depends on your postcode and carrier and is confirmed with your exact shipping cost at checkout or on your quote. In a hurry? Same-day production can be added to many products at checkout — it fast-tracks production, with transit unchanged on top.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment your order is dispatched — and it's live in your account with courier, status and the latest scan. First scans can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Good to know
| Why isn't shipping free? | Large-format signage is bulky, made-to-order freight — "free" shipping would just be hidden in every price. We charge the real rate and always itemise it. |
