At Vividads, we’re committed to delivering high-quality custom prints as quickly and reliably as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our production timelines, shipping methods, and delivery process.

Next Business Day Dispatch – 3 PM Cut-Off

Most orders placed and approved by 3:00 PM AEST on a business day are printed and dispatched the next business day.

To qualify for next-day dispatch:

  • The order must be placed before 3:00 PM AEST
  • Payment must be completed
  • Your artwork proof must be approved before the cut-off

If your proof is approved after 3:00 PM, the order will move into the next day’s production cycle.

We recommend approving your artwork as early as possible to avoid delays.

Standard Turnaround and Dispatch

Our standard production time for most orders is 24 to 48 hours, depending on the product type and complexity.

If you need your order by a specific deadline, please contact us. We’ll do our best to prioritise urgent jobs where possible.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, using trusted national couriers such as StarTrack.

Please note:
Production time is separate from delivery time. Delivery timeframes begin once your proof is approved and the product enters production.

Missed Delivery or Delays

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Artwork proof was approved after the 3 PM cut-off
  • Delivery address is in a regional or remote area
  • Courier delays outside our control
  • Unexpected production issues (we will notify you immediately if this occurs)

If a delay causes your order to miss a critical deadline, and it is no longer required, you may refuse delivery and return the product for a full refund.

Over 97% of our orders are delivered on or ahead of schedule.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this link to monitor your shipment status directly via the courier’s website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes – in some cases.
If you need to update your delivery address, please call us as soon as possible on 1300 721 614.

If your order has not yet been placed on a pallet or dispatched, we will try our best to update the delivery address. If the shipment is already prepared or in transit, address changes may not be possible.

Please check your address carefully before placing your order to prevent any delays.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, but it is recommended to place separate orders for each destination.

If you'd prefer to have items delivered to different locations within one order, we can assist you. However, doing so will require the order to be manually split and recreated in our system, which may delay production and delivery.

For the most efficient service, submit one order per shipping location.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No.
Our couriers only deliver to physical street addresses.
Please provide a valid business or residential address at checkout.

Do you offer combined delivery?

Yes. All items purchased in the same order will be printed and shipped together to a single address, unless specified otherwise.

If you require partial deliveries to different locations, please contact us prior to placing your order. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes.
We offer white-label (blind) shipping for all orders. No Vividads branding will appear on packaging or shipping labels—ideal for resellers.

Invoices and order documentation are sent to you via email and are never included in the parcel.
