Our Process

Our process is simple!

1. Select your products
Visit our website and choose your display product.
2. Place your order
Place your order online / over the phone. No payment is required at time of placing an order.
3. Artwork Design
You have three options to choose from:
1. Upload your Print-Ready file
2. Browse designs and customise
3. Let us design one for you
4. Processing
Our team member will be in touch with you to discuss the order further.
5. Proofing
Our designers will email you a digital proof for approval prior to production.
6. Production
Once your artwork is approved, your job is pushed into production.
7. Payment
We will email you a tax invoice requesting full payment ahead of dispatch / pick up of your order.
8. Completion
Once the order is complete and paid in full, we will email you a tracking number confirming the dispatc

Option 1

Upload your design | Print-Ready Files

1. Select Product
After selecting your preferred product, choose one of our templates and follow the artwork instructions on how to make the file print-ready.
2. Resolution
Make sure to use high-quality elements in your design. Fonts and logos should be in vector form, and all images should be at least 300 DPI. When saving your file, make sure to embed and select the best resolution quality. This way your print will be clear and sharp
3. Colour Mode
Our print machines are specifically made to print using the CMYK colour mode. Make sure your design is in CMYK for best results.
4. File Format
For best printing results, save your design as a PDF.

Option 2

1. Select Product
Browse our website to select your preferred display product.
2. Briefing
After selecting your preferred product, tell us your design requirements. Please provide us with images, text, brand guidelines then sit back, relax and wait for the magic to happen!
3. Design
Our designers will unleash their creativity and create a design that fulfils your brief, creates a big impact, and hopefully exceeds your expectations.
4. Approve / Print
Once approved, we’ll send your design into production and let you know when you can expect delivery of your beautifully designed, hand-finished signage.
