This notice explains who owns the material on this website, what you may do with it, and who owns the artwork you send us. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our content

All material published on vividads.com.au and our customer portal — including text, photographs, product images, illustrations, artwork templates, product designs, page layouts, and the site's code and styling — is owned by or licensed to Vivid Ads Pty Ltd (ABN 49 210 655 341) and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other intellectual property laws in Australia and overseas.

2. What you may and may not do

You are welcome to view our site, and to print or download pages for the purpose of considering, placing or managing an order with us.

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • reproduce, republish, sell or licence any part of the site or its content;
  • copy our product photography, descriptions, artwork templates or specifications for use on another website, marketplace listing or catalogue;
  • systematically extract data from the site by scraping or any automated means; or
  • remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or ownership notice.

Nothing here limits the fair dealing exceptions and other rights given to you by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) — for example, fair dealing for the purpose of criticism, review, reporting news, or research and study.

3. Artwork you supply to us

You keep ownership of your artwork. Sending us a file does not transfer your copyright to us. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, prepare, reproduce and print that artwork for the purpose of producing and delivering your order, and to keep a copy so that you can reorder.

By supplying or approving artwork you confirm that you own it, or that you have the licences and permissions needed to have it printed — including for any logos, fonts, photographs or images from third parties. You indemnify us against any claim arising from material you supply, and we may decline to print material that we consider unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

Where we create original artwork or a design for you as a paid service, we own the copyright in that design until your order is paid in full, at which point you receive a licence to use it for the purpose it was created for.

4. Trade marks

The Vivid Ads name, logo and other marks displayed on this site are trade marks of Vivid Ads Pty Ltd or of third parties. They may not be used without the prior written consent of Vivid Ads Pty Ltd or the relevant owner. Third-party trade marks appearing in our product photography remain the property of their owners and are shown for illustrative purposes only — they do not imply any endorsement, affiliation or licence.

5. Photographs of completed projects

We may photograph completed projects and show them in our portfolio, on our website and in our marketing. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing before placing your order and we will not use images of your job.

6. Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not endorse those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Reporting a copyright concern

We take intellectual property seriously. If you believe material on our site, or artwork we have been asked to print, infringes your copyright or trade mark, email sales@vividads.com.au with:

  • the page address or order number where the material appears;
  • a description of the work you say has been infringed, and evidence of your rights in it; and
  • your name and contact details.

We will investigate promptly and, where a claim is substantiated, remove or stop reproducing the material.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vivid Ads Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers against any claim, loss, damage or reasonable legal costs arising from material you submit to us or through this site, from your use of the site, or from your breach of this notice or of the rights of any other person — except to the extent the claim arises from our own negligence or breach.
