We use UV-Print technique for the production of our custom banners. The process involves using eco-friendly ink for printing. It is then cured by UV light using the same process that is used to place a filling by dentists. This ensures sharp prints and clear quality.
Which carriers do you use for the delivery of your products?
We deliver our custom banners and other products using multiple carriers. However, Startrac is our preferred choice because of its reliability, speed and affordability.
Can I request a quote if I can’t find what I am looking for on your website?
Yes. If you can’t find what you are looking for, simply request a quote. You can also request a quote if the quantity, materials, size and weight you want is not listed on the website. Our team will work on the quote and get back to you in a day. However, it may take a little longer depending on the complexity of your request.
What material is used in the production of block out vinyl banners?
For block-out banners, we use premium quality PVC. They are not transparent like other banners and are slightly thicker. If you want printing on both sides of the banner, then this is the best choice.
What are the different finishes available for custom size banners?
We offer different finishing options for our custom size vinyl banners. You can choose what suits you the best. Hemmed edges with ropes and eyelets: Adding rings in the corner with hems adds extra stability and durability to the banners. You can also hang your banners up easily. This finishing has rings every 1000mm or 500mm of the banner depending on your choice. The banner is also trimmed, hemmed and finished to perfection. You can hang these banners up. However, the maximum banner size these rings can hold is 150 x 330cm. Ropes are added which gives this extra strength to the banner Hemmed edges with ropes: Adding ropes with hems adds extra stability and durability to the banners. You can also hang your banners up easily. The banner is also trimmed, hemmed and finished to perfection. You can hang these banners up. Can I buy elastic bands for my vinyl banners and do they help in hanging them up?
Yes, you can buy elastic bands with your custom vinyl banners. These bands can help you hang up your banners easily and sturdily if you have rings in the banner.

To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.
