What turnaround can I expect?
Production takes 24 production hours after you approve your proof — artwork approved by 3pm counts as that day. Transit is added on top and depends on your postcode and carrier. Same-day production is not available at the moment.
How do I supply artwork?
Print-ready PDF is preferred; AI and EPS are accepted. Use CMYK with 3mm bleed. No artwork? Add our design service. Every file gets a pre-flight check, and every printed order includes a free digital proof to approve before we print.
How much is delivery?
Freight is calculated for your products and postcode at checkout and shown, itemised, before you pay. Pickup from our Derrimut VIC factory is free.
