We print flags on premium grade 145GSM blockout fabric for double sided flags and classic 125GSM trilobal fabric for single sided flags.
Our flags have been designed specifically for Australian outdoors and carry a 2 year warranty on the hardware. We use only the best quality materials and HP certified inks and our flags are machine stitched so they can survive in the toughest conditions. Our flags will last indefinitely indoors however they are prone to fading and you can expect a life of 6-12 months on average before they start to fade when used outdoors. This however is strongly dependent on the sort of weather conditions they are exposed to. Currently there is no technology available in the market that makes any sublimated flags anti fade. Our replacement flags are very well priced so you can simply purchase a print only flag once these flags start to fade.
Yes our flags are machine washable however we do not recommend using any detergent with chemicals.
Single sided mirror image means that your single sided flags will be printed on one side however the print will be fully visible from the other side of the flag. When text is printed onto one side it shows up as a mirror image on the other side.
Double sided printing means that you have a separate printer fabric on the front and the back of the fabric. The front and the back designs can also be different. As our double sided fabric is blockout you do not see any image showing through from the back side of the flag.
Here is a list of the bases we offer r: Metal Ground Spike: If you want to place your feather flag on soft ground, such as soil, then Metal Ground Spike is a great option. It is perfect for small beach flags..  Cross Foot: Cross Foot works best for flat surfaces. It is a metal frame with 4 legs which makes it steady and durable. The size of the cross foot is 85x85 cm while the height is 20cm.  Cross Foot + Water Bag: If you want extra steadiness on a flat surface, then opt for our Cross Foot with Water Bag. The size of the cross foot is 85x85 cm while the height is 20cm. Wall Mount: You can also mount your feather flag on a wall using Wall Mount. The Wall Mount can be fixed to the wall with screws. Your flagpole will be held at zero degrees. The process of installing and removing the wall-mounted flag pole is just a matter of seconds.  Heavy Metal Base: If you are looking for something durable and ideal for indoor and outdoor use, then opt for our Heavy Metal Base. It has a flat square-shaped bottom that works perfectly for indoor and outdoor settings. It is also ideal for areas with strong winds as the iron base adds extra weight that keeps the flag in place. The base measures 400x400mm and is available in 5 and 10 kgs.
Our teardrop flags are finished with a sleeve on the side. You will also find an extra solid part on the top of the sleeve. This is a core component and protects the flag from ripping apart in strong wind.
We use premium quality aluminium and fibreglass rods to create the flagpoles. The flagpoles are light in weight but strong and durable. The flagpoles are easy to carry, thanks to their modular construction. Fibreglass adds flexibility to the flagpoles that isn’t offered if only aluminium is used. It also adds strength and robustness so your flag can stay afloat in the toughest conditions.
We use the dye sublimation process to print all our flags. It is the best process for printing flags and many other fabrics and you can expect to get the best possible life out of any fabric that has been sublimated properly. Dye sublimation also ensures your flags are printed in the brightest of colours.

Guidlines for Teardrop Banner Flags

To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and  crop marks
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like  paper, ink and the printing method used.
Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file
Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep all images and text  at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
Save your files in a non-editable, print-ready file formats (PDF , AI, EPS, JPG, PNG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
