Exhibition Displays — your questions answered
How long do the displays take to set up?
Straight fabric walls, media walls and pop up fabric walls use a snap-lock or expandable frame that sets up in under five minutes; the SEG counter folds out in seconds.
Can I change the graphic later?
Yes. The fabric graphics zip or slot onto the same frame, so you can reprint just the fabric for a new event — see replacement skins.
What comes in the box?
Full kits include the frame, the printed fabric and a carry bag or case. Frames, feet and cases are also sold separately.
What size booth do I need a display for?
Fabric walls come in widths from 1.5m to 6m. For a hired shell scheme booth, order the panel sizes your organiser lists.
What turnaround can I expect?
Production takes 24 production hours after you approve your proof — artwork approved by 3pm counts as that day. Transit is added on top and depends on your postcode and carrier. Same-day production can be added to many products at checkout.
How do I supply artwork?
Print-ready PDF is preferred; AI and EPS are accepted. Use CMYK with 3mm bleed. No artwork? Add our design service. Every file gets a free pre-flight check, and a free digital proof is included on every order.
How much is delivery?
Freight is calculated for your products and postcode at checkout and shown, itemised, before you pay. Pickup from our Derrimut VIC factory is free.
