Vivid Ads Reviews: 12,800+ Verified Reviews and How to Read Them
If you are about to order signage from a company you have never used, the first thing you want to know is what other buyers say. This page shows where Vivid Ads reviews come from, what the numbers are today, and what customers praise and complain about, so you can judge for yourself.

How the reviews are collected
- From buyers. Yotpo sends a review request after an order, and every published Yotpo review on our site is marked "Verified buyer".
- Thank-you coupons are disclosed. Many reviewers receive a small thank-you coupon from Yotpo for writing a review. Yotpo records those reviews as incentivised.
- Low scores are published too. About 2 in every 100 of our Yotpo reviews are 1 or 2 stars, and they sit alongside the rest.
What customers praise most
Reading the last few hundred reviews, the same points come up again and again:
- Speed. "Thank you for getting our order sorted in 24hrs." "Received our media wall within days of order."
- Print quality. "Quality was incredible, so was service and the turnaround time."
- Easy ordering and pickup. "Everything from the ordering process to the pick up was effortless."
- Repeat orders. "We're regular customers of Vivid Ads and couldn't recommend them more highly."
What customers complain about, and what we do
The low-star reviews mostly fall into four groups: a wrong or faulty item, slow replies when something goes wrong, artwork made by our design service that missed the brief, and delivery that took longer than the buyer expected. If any of these happens to you, reply to your order email or contact us with your order number. Faults are put right with a repair, replacement or refund under our refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
What "24-hour production" means
Most orders are made in 24 hours. The exact rules are:
- The clock starts when you approve your digital proof by 3 pm Melbourne time on a working day.
- 1 to 15 items are ready to dispatch the next working day; 16 to 40 in two working days; 41 to 100 in three; 101 to 200 in four. For more than 200, our production team confirms a date.
- Some products take longer, and the product page says so.
- This is production time. Courier transit is added after dispatch.
Where it is made and how you get it
We print on our own HP and Canon fleet at our factory in Derrimut, Victoria. We deliver Australia-wide, and you can also choose to pick up from Derrimut at checkout.

Prices are shown live on every product page, including GST. For example, a pull up banner with frame, print and carry bag, printed on one side, is $79 at 600 × 1400 mm and $89 at 800 × 2000 mm when you supply your own print-ready artwork (prices checked 26 October 2026; the product page always shows the current price).
