How to Choose a Pull Up Banner Printer in Australia: Prices, 24-Hour Production and Reviews (2026)

27 October 2026 · Vivid Ads Team

Searching for "the best pull up banner printer" mostly brings up directories and product pages, not answers. This guide gives you the questions worth asking any printer before you order, and our own answers with real numbers, so you can compare like for like.

1. What exactly is included in the price?

A pull up banner price should cover the stand (frame), the printed graphic and a carry bag. Check that the price you see includes GST and is for the size you need, not a smaller size or a bulk quantity.

Our live prices (checked 27 October 2026, inc GST, one banner, your own print-ready artwork):

Product Size (W × H) Price
Pull Up Banner 600 × 1400 mm $79
Pull Up Banner 800 × 2000 mm $89
Pull Up Banner 1000 × 2000 mm $99
Premium Pull Up Banner (HD print) 850 × 2050 mm $135

Each includes frame, single-sided print and carry bag. The 600 × 1400 and 800 × 2000 prices are sale prices; the product page always shows the current price.

2. Do you get a lower price for more than one?

Ask for the volume breaks in writing. Ours are published on each product page and apply to the same artwork:

Quantity 800 × 2000 mm (each) Premium 850 × 2050 mm (each)
1 $89.00 $135.00
2 $87.22 $132.30
5 $84.55 $128.25
10 $80.10 $121.50

Different designs are ordered as separate lines, each with its own quantity and artwork.

3. What does "24-hour production" actually mean?

Almost every printer says 24 hours. The useful question is: 24 hours from when, and for how many? Our rules:

  • The clock starts when you approve your digital proof by 3 pm Melbourne time on a working day (Monday to Friday). Approvals after 3 pm count from the next working day.
  • 1 to 15 banners are ready to dispatch the next working day; 16 to 40 in two working days; 41 to 100 in three; 101 to 200 in four. Above 200, our production team confirms the date.
  • This is production time. Courier transit is added after dispatch.

4. Will you see a proof before it prints?

Yes, with us you approve a digital proof before anything is printed, and production does not start until you do. Whoever you use, insist on seeing the proof: it is the cheapest place to catch a typo or a logo sitting too low to be seen behind a table.

5. Where is it made, and how do you get it?

We print at our own factory in Derrimut, Victoria. We deliver Australia-wide, and the delivery options and cost for your address are shown at checkout. If you are in Melbourne you can choose free pickup from Derrimut, Monday to Friday.

6. What do buyers of this exact product say?

Look for reviews of the product you are buying, not just a company score. On Yotpo, where every published review on our site comes from a verified buyer:

Counts are as of 27 October 2026 and grow daily; each product page shows the live figure. How we collect reviews, including low scores, is explained on Vivid Ads Reviews.

7. Which size should you choose?

  • 600 × 1400 mm: counters, reception desks and tight spaces.
  • 800 × 2000 mm: full height for expos, events and shopfronts.
  • 1000 × 2000 mm: more room for a bold message or photo.
  • Premium 850 × 2050 mm: HD print on a slightly wider and taller graphic.

Pull up banners are designed for indoor use. Keep your key message in the top two thirds so it is not hidden behind a table or crowd.

A quick checklist to compare any printer

  1. Price for your exact size, including stand, print, bag and GST.
  2. Published volume breaks.
  3. Production cut-off time and how quantity changes it.
  4. A digital proof before printing.
  5. Delivery to your postcode and a pickup option, shown before you pay.
  6. Reviews for the specific product, from verified buyers.
