What you get

What it costs
$136 minimum order — up to five signs for the price of one. At 600 x 450mm that is $13.61 each for ten, which covers a site entry, a crib room door and every gate on a small job.
Material
5mm corflute — corrugated polypropylene. Light, waterproof, UV stable, and cheap enough to replace when the job moves.
Size
600 x 450mm at a site entry. 600 x 900mm where the whole PPE set has to fit on one board and still read from the gate. 300 x 450mm on a workshop door.
Fixing
Eyelets in the corners for cable ties onto fencing, or leave it plain to screw straight to a post.
Printing
Single or double sided, full colour UV inks. Outdoor life of roughly 12-18 months in direct Australian sun.
Turnaround
24 hours in production once you approve the proof, if that lands by 3pm AEST on a working day.

Questions people ask

Why blue, and does it matter?
Under AS 1319 the blue disc with a white pictogram is reserved for mandatory instructions — things you must do. Yellow is warning, red is prohibition or danger, green is emergency information. Workers read the colour before they read the words, so keeping it blue is not decoration.
Can I put all the site's PPE on one sign?
Yes. The multi-symbol layouts in this range are built for exactly that — four to six discs in a row under one header. Beyond six the discs get too small to read at gate distance, so we would split it across two boards.
Can I add our company name and site number?
Yes. There is a footer band on most of these designs for a company name, a site number and a contact — worth filling in, because it turns a generic sign into one that is obviously yours.
Can I put my own wording on it?
Yes. Open any design and rewrite it for your own site, your own property or your own hours. There is no design fee for editing a ready-made design, and no minimum on how much you change.
How long will it last outside?
Roughly 12–18 months in direct Australian sun on 5mm corflute with UV inks. For anything permanent, ask us about aluminium composite instead — same artwork, much longer life.
How fast can I get it?
24 hours in production once your proof is approved, provided that reaches us by 3pm AEST on a working day. Then 1–3 business days to metro, 3–5 regional, 5–7 remote.
