How cheap is bulk printing?
Prices drop steeply with volume — the quantity grid on every product shows the live tiers. Corflute, for example, falls from $99 for one to $7.32 each at 100.
What turnaround can I expect?
24-hour standard production if artwork is approved by 3pm AEST, with express and same-day options on most products. You pick the exact delivery date at checkout.
Can you print custom sizes?
Yes — many products take a true custom width × height, priced live by area. If the calculator can’t size it, request a quote and we will.
Do you print double-sided?
Most banners offer a double-sided (Double Impact) option — the surcharge shows live as you select it.
How do I supply artwork?
Print-ready PDF, AI or EPS in CMYK with 3mm bleed. No artwork? Design online free or add our design service. Every file gets a free pre-flight check.
Is delivery really free?
Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, and pickup from our Derrimut factory is free. Melbourne metro typically lands next business day after dispatch.

Everything on this page is built on the same SEG system, so the parts are interchangeable and you are never buying a whole unit again just to change the artwork.
What SEG actually means
SEG stands for silicone edge graphic. A thin silicone strip is stitched around the perimeter of the printed fabric, and that strip presses into a channel running around the inside of the aluminium frame. The result is a taut, frameless-looking face with no visible fixings and no hot spots, and it comes out again by hand when you want to change it. No tools, no adhesive, no trapped edges.
Frame, skin, or both?
This is the one thing worth getting right before you order, because the three options look similar in a list and cost very different amounts.
- Buying your first unit? Order the complete display — frame, LED edge lighting, printed fabric and case together.
- Already own the frame and want new artwork? Order the replacement skin only. It is the same fabric, printed to the same size, and it seats into the frame you already have. This is the cheapest way to run a new campaign.
- Have a graphic but need hardware — a spare frame for a second venue, or a replacement after damage? Order the frame on its own.
Power adaptors are listed separately so you can replace one without replacing a display, and the pop-up SEG counters use the same fabric system if you need a matching branded counter alongside the wall.
Choosing a size
Exact dimensions, wattage and what is included are listed on each product page rather than summarised here, because they differ between the wall displays and the counters. If you are matching an existing frame, measure the frame's outer aluminium dimensions — not the visible graphic — and order the skin to that size.

Fabric is printed at our factory in Derrimut, Melbourne and dispatched within 24 hours. Free factory pickup for Melbourne customers, flat-rate shipping Australia wide, and a free artwork pre-flight check before anything is printed.
Common questions
Can I change the graphic later?
Yes — that is the point of the system. Order a replacement skin, ease the old one out of the channel and press the new one in. The frame and lighting stay where they are.
Is it indoor only?
Yes. These are indoor displays — retail, exhibitions, foyers, events.
Do I need tools to set it up?
No. The frame assembles by hand and the silicone edge presses into the channel with finger pressure.
Does it come with a case?
The complete displays are supplied with a carry case. Frame-only and skin-only orders are not — check the individual product page.
How long does it take?
Printed and dispatched within 24 hours once your artwork has passed the pre-flight check.
