Sydney's exhibition calendar runs through ICC Sydney at Darling Harbour and the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park, with smaller shows at Rosehill and Royal Randwick. Work backwards from bump-in day, not from the show date. We print and dispatch within 24 hours of artwork approval, but freight from our Melbourne factory to Sydney takes its own time on top of that. Give yourself the buffer.

Shell scheme graphics and Octanorm infills — if the organiser is supplying a standard booth frame, these are the panels that fill it. Get the panel dimensions from your exhibitor manual first; ICC Sydney and Sydney Showground do not use identical systems.

Stretch fabric media walls — a freestanding back wall that packs into a carry bag and assembles without tools. Practical when your only access to Darling Harbour is a loading dock booking.
