Melbourne runs more major exhibitions than any other Australian city. Between the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on the Yarra, the Melbourne Showgrounds at Ascot Vale and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre halls, there is a show on most weeks of the year — and most exhibitors are working to a tight install window the day before doors open.

That is the problem we built this range around. Everything here is printed in-house in Melbourne, so there is no interstate freight leg between you and your stand. If you are exhibiting at MCEC and something goes wrong on the Tuesday, we are 25 minutes away in Derrimut and you can collect from the factory yourself.

What Melbourne exhibitors actually order

Shell scheme graphics and Octanorm infills — if your booth is a standard shell scheme, these panels slot into the frame the organiser supplies. Check your exhibitor manual for the panel size before ordering; MCEC and the Showgrounds use different systems.

Stretch fabric media walls — the freestanding back wall. Packs into a carry bag, sets up in a few minutes without tools, and fits in a car boot, which matters when Melbourne CBD loading docks run to a schedule.

Pull-up banners — the workhorse. Cheap enough to order several, light enough to carry on the tram.

Printed table throws and counters — the detail most exhibitors forget until the week of the show.

Getting it to the stand

Printed and dispatched within 24 hours of artwork approval. Free pickup from our Derrimut factory if you would rather collect it yourself, or flat-rate delivery across Melbourne — CBD, Southbank, Port Melbourne, and out to the eastern and northern suburbs.

Every order gets a free artwork pre-flight check before it goes to print, which catches the low-resolution logo problem before it becomes a two-metre-wide problem.
