Delivery
Delivery is available and we provide Free Express Courier shipping through StarTrac to all destinations within Australia.
Delivery Days
Next day delivery is possible for all metro locations across Australia. If you reside outside the metro area, your delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days. In certain remote locations, delivery times can be from 1 to 5 days.
For guaranteed delivery for time-sensitive orders, please select the option for express or overnight shipping when placing your order.
Delivery Times
Our finished orders are delivered to clients from Monday to Friday, anywhere from 9 am to 5 pm (excluding any Public Holidays). All orders that are received on Weekends and Public Holidays are processed on the following working day.
Issues with Delivery
We understand that our goods are designed for exhibitions and events. Our team always works hard to get all the products delivered before the given deadline. However, delivery will be affected by the following circumstances:
- Payment clearance issues or delays from your financial institution;
- Your approval of artwork files in the final email;
- Your delivery address - If you live in non-metro areas or fall in a regional delivery zone, you will face longer delivery times.
Pickup of Orders
We offer the option for pickup of finished orders. All clients interested in this option must mention it when they are placing their online order with us. The following are also some other things to focus on:
- Please call beforehand to confirm your order’s status and pick up details before you organize the pickup.
- Pickup option for orders is only available at this address: 43 Barclay Road, Derrimut VIC 3030.
- Pick up times for all orders are strictly from 10 am to 4 pm - Monday to Friday only.
