What technique is used in the production of Magnetic signs?
Magnetic signs are produced using the following technique:
UV Print: The technique we use is UV Print. It uses an eco-friendly ink that uses UV light for curing. This ensures that the final product has sharp colours and print, and the quality is top-notch as well.
Which carriers are used to deliver your products?
We use multiple carriers for delivering our products. However, Startrack is our preferred choice because they are quick and reliable.
Can I request a quotation if I can’t find what I am looking for?
Yes, you can request a quotation if you can’t find what you are looking for or have different specifications for your order. Just get in touch with our team with your requirements and we will get back to you with the quote within a day. Complex requests, however, may take a little longer.
Can Magnetic signs be used outdoors?
Magnetic signs are made for indoor and outdoor usage . Other outdoor materials then choose the ones are correx, brushed or painted aluminium.
Are all materials printed on the panel directly?
Yes, all materials are directly printed onto the panel.
Add 5 mm bleed all around.
To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.
Use color mode as CMYK .
Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.
Resolution of over 150 dpi.
Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.
Keep all images and text at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
Save your file(s) in non-editable, print-ready format.
Save your files in a non-editable, print-ready file formats (PDF , AI, EPS, JPG, PNG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.

Submission specifications for contour cutting.
Your design is required to have a contour cutline set up on a separate layer, and made from a spot color called "cutcontour" of only 100% Magenta in a PDF file. Your design should run 3mm outside the contour cut line (bleed), This is to ensure the design is cut without any white borders.
