What production technique is used for the manufacturing of double sided pullup banners ?
We manufacture our double sided pullup banners using UV Print technique. The technique involves using eco-friendly ink. The process is completed with a step called curing. We do it using UV light. This ensures that the print is crisp and clear, and the colours are sharp.

Our double sided pullup banners are made to be used inside. While you may use them outside, but their longevity and durability will be affected. Therefore, we do not recommend using them outdoors.
Which materials are used in the production of double sided pullup banners ?

What are the base choices for double sided pullup banners ?
We offer a double foot base for double sided pullup banners . It is unique and handy and fits perfectly with Double Roller Banners. It gives them a greater impact and a wider perspective. The total weight of the Double Roller Banners and the base combine to around 8.3kg. Only sharp photo canvas is ideal for double foot base. Other banners are too thick, and they will not fit the foot size. It will damage the banner and will cause problems while rolling it in and out of the stand.
Is it possible to change the canvas of my double sided pullup banners myself?
Yes, you can change the canvas of your double sided pullup banners . However, only do it if you have knowledge about the product. The Double Roller Banners has a rolling system which has a high resistance. Changing it without knowledge about the product can damage the banner, print and canvas. You can also order a Double Roller Banners canvas without the stand.
Can I order two different designs when ordering a double sided pullup banners ?
Yes, you can do that. You can have same design on both sides or two different designs on either side. For this, you will need to download the template file and supply us with your designs within the deadline to avoid any unnecessary delays in the delivery.

To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.

Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.

Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.
Keep all images and text at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
Save your file(s) in non-editable, print-ready format.
Save your files in a non-editable, print-ready file formats (PDF , AI, EPS, JPG, PNG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
