What technique is used in the production of Cardboard signs?
Cardboard signs are produced using the following technique:
UV Print: The first technique we use is UV Print. It uses an eco-friendly ink that uses UV light for curing. This ensures that the final product has sharp colours and print, and the quality is top-notch as well.
Which carriers are used to deliver your products?
We use multiple carriers for delivering our products. However, Startrack is our preferred choice because they are quick and reliable.

Yes, you can request a quotation if you can’t find what you are looking for or have different specifications for your order. Just get in touch with our team with your requirements and we will get back to you with the quote within a day. Complex requests, however, may take a little longer.
Can Cardboard signs be used outdoors?
Cardboard signs are made for indoor usage only. If you are looking for signs for outdoor usage, then choose the ones made with correx, brushed or painted aluminium.
What are the different materials I can choose from for my Foamex signs?
2mm Cardboard: 2mm Cardboard is made with two thin layers of cardboard material. These are light in weight and are widely used indoors for wall displays and wall-coverings. Maximum surface of these 2mm cardboard is 2m2 per panel.
Are all materials printed on the panel directly?
Yes, all materials are directly printed onto the board.
Add 5 mm bleed all around.
To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.
Use color mode as CMYK .
Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.
Resolution of over 150 dpi.
Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
