## Common Support Questions

Q: Where do I upload artwork?
A: Through the customer account (Upload Artwork) or the link in the order confirmation. Orders without artwork do not enter production.

Q: Can I order before my design is ready?
A: Yes — order first, supply artwork later. The order flow supports this.

Q: My file was rejected / won't process — why?
A: Most common causes: missing fonts (embed or outline them), low-resolution images (need 300 DPI embedded), RGB colours (convert to CMYK), or a low-quality JPG logo (supply vector). See https://www.vividads.com.au/pages/print-ready

Q: How long until I receive my order?
A: Production is 24 hours on most products after artwork approval (some take 3 days; larger quantities may extend to around 48 hours), plus shipping time. Do not promise specific delivery dates. For event deadlines, contact 1300 721 614 right after ordering.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping starts from $18.95, with the final shipping cost calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location. Free pickup is available from Derrimut, Victoria. Bulk orders are quoted by volume.

Q: Do you design artwork for me?
A: Yes — free online templates or paid professional design: https://www.vividads.com.au/pages/graphic-design-services

Q: What if my print is faulty?
A: Our goods come with Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Report damaged or faulty goods in writing within 3 business days; confirmed damaged or faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded where required by law. Custom-printed goods cannot be returned for change of mind. Refund Policy: https://www.vividads.com.au/policies/refund-policy
