What are the different production techniques used in the production of roll-up banners?
We use the UV Print techniquefor the production of our roll-up banners:
UV Print: UV Print technique uses eco-friendly ink to print on the banners. It is cured by UV light. It is the same technique that dentists use when they are placing a filling in a tooth. Thus, you can rest assured about the safety of this technique. Curing the print ensures sharp print and clear quality.
Which carriers do you use for the delivery of roll-up banners?
We use multiple carriers for the delivery of our products. However, our preferred choice is Startrack for its high reliability and affordable rates.
What if I can’t find the product I am looking for?
While we offer a wide range of products on our website, you can ask for quotation if you can’t find something. You can also request a quotation if your desired weight, size, quantity or material type is not listed on the website. Our team will get back to you within 1 working day with the requested quotation. However, it may take a little longer if the request is complex or requires extra work on the part of our team. We try to get back to our clients as soon as we can.
Can I use roll-up banners outdoors?
Our roll-up banners are made to be used inside. While you may use them outside, but their longevity and durability will be affected. Therefore, we do not recommend using them outdoors.
What are the base choices for standard roll-up banners?
We offer a basic foot with our standard roll-up banners. This makes these roll-up banners highly economical. The stand uses two folding brackets which keeps the roll-up banners in the stand-up position. The total weight of the roll-up banners and the basic foot stand combine to be between 2.5 and 3.7 kg. This base is suitable for sharp photo canvas and for standard banner material.
Is it possible to change the canvas of my roll-up banner myself?
Yes, you can change the canvas of your roll-up banners. However, only do it if you have knowledge about the product. The roll-up banner has a rolling system which has a high resistance. Changing it without knowledge about the product can damage the banner, print and canvas. You can also order a roll-up banner canvas without the stand.
What is the procedure to set up a roll-up banner?

Add 5 mm bleed all around.
To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.
Use color mode as CMYK .
Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.
Resolution of over 150 dpi.
Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.
Keep all images and text at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
