What are Fabric Banner Stands?
Our fabric banner stands have high-quality graphics. They are printed premium polyester fabric using dye-sublimation process. The two sides are then sewn together to create a double-sided display. These are then connected and fastened through a locking mechanism. The poles are secure once the locking mechanism pops out. You just need to slip the fabric over the frame and the display is completed. To ensure further stability, screw the ends of the poles into the base of the stand.

How can I install a fabric banner stand?
Our fabric banner stands are easy to set up. Simply connect and fasten the poles of the stand together simply by pushing down on the locking mechanism. The poles are secure once the poles are connected and you see the locking mechanism pop out. The next step is to slip the fabric over the frame. This will complete the display. Zip it to get the required tension in the fabric. The ends of the poles need to be screwed into the base of the stand to finish the display.
How long does the assembly take?
Assembling the fabric banner stand takes 5 minutes in total.

To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.
Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.

Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.
Keep all images and text at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
Save your file(s) in non-editable, print-ready format.
Save your files in a non-editable, print-ready file formats (PDF , AI, EPS, JPG, PNG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
