Which fabric is used for Pop-Up Marquees?
We use polyester for our Pop-Up Marquees. This is a lightweight but highly durable and sturdy material. It is also colour stable and flame-retardant which makes it ideal to be used for marquees.
What materials are used to make the frame?
The frame of our Pop-Up Marquees is made using high-tensile aluminium. This makes the stands lightweight but sturdy.
How long does the erection of Pop-Up Marquees take?
Our Pop-Up Marquees come with installation instructions. Simply follow these instructions and you will be able to erect the marquee within minutes.
Do Pop-Up Marquees come with a guarantee?
Yes, our Pop-Up Marquees come with a warranty of 5 years. This includes a warranty for workmanship and faulty parts. However, terms and conditions apply to the warranty. Get in touch with us to know the details.
Can the Pop-Up Marquees be used in windy conditions?
We do not advise you to use these Pop-Up Marquees in severe weather conditions. It is not a permanent structure and you should take it down when its function is finished. Do not leave it overnight. If you want to use Pop-Up Marquees on windy days, use additional weights to stabilise the frame.
Are pop-up gazebos fire-resistant?
Yes, our pop-up gazebos are fire-resistant. They have passed the standard of fire resistance.
What is structural engineering certification that pop-up gazebos come with?
Structural engineering certification is often required by government departments and event companies when you are setting up your canopy at their premises. They don’t allow gazebos that don’t have this certification. The certification ensures that the gazebo has been checked by a professional structural engineer so that they can withstand a certain wind speed. Our gazebos come with structural engineering certification.
Can I get my Pop-Up Marquees\\\' walls or covers printed?
Yes, you can get branded covers and walls for an additional price. You can have them printed in an unlimited range of colours, graphics, texts and logos. You can also get the walls printed on one side, both sides, inside and outside. Let us know about the specifications when ordering.
What does the marquee\\\'s roof consist of?
The Pop-Up Marquees' roof has four valances or skirts on the edges and four roof panels on the top.
How to keep the walls and roof of the gazebo clean?
You can use a sponge dipped in liquid soap and cold water to clean the roof and walls of the marquee. Rub gently and all the dust and dirt will come off.
Are Pop-Up Marquees waterproof?
Our canopies have a PU backing. They have hot-taped seams and double stitching. The marquees can withstand showers, however, don’t let these stand in extended rains or heavy showers. The canopy must also be clipped properly to ensure that the water doesn’t pool on the top and runs off. The walls or the canopy must never be packed if they are wet. This will cause the colour to bleed.
Can the sides of the Pop-Up Marquees be removed?
Yes, our Pop-Up Marquees come with detachable sides. The sides can also be printed from the inside and the outside.
Add 5 mm bleed all around.
To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and crop marks.

Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 12 pt.
All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.
Check your artwork on overprint.
Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like paper, ink and the printing method used.
Use color mode as CMYK .
Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.
Resolution of over 150 dpi.
Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.
Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.
Keep all images and text at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.
