    The pdf download of templates for every product is  available on our website. They are categorized according to the size and they have the footprint for clearly laid out.  

  • Are exhibition stands easy to build?

    Yes. Many of our exhibition stands are designed to require no tools and no particular experience to set up or build. We try to make our designs as modular as we can. This makes them both as easy and minimally time-consuming as possible to put up and to take down. If you do happen to get stuck, we're usually on hand at the event itself to help you get set up. If we're not there, feel free to give us a call and we can talk to you through the rest of the process.

Over our years in designing exhibition stands, we've paid close attention to what works and what doesn't when it comes to encouraging a high footfall. We'll work with you to learn what your goals are, then make practical suggestions about the best design for your exhibition stand - all within your budget.  

  • Can my exhibition stand incorporate multimedia?

    Absolutely. Utilising media including video is a great way to attract attention. If you need video to play on one large monitor, or multiple monitors, or you want to have interactive areas for customers to engage with your products via computer/console/touch-screen, it’s not a problem. If you’re unsure about exactly what you need in regards to multimedia, we can talk you through all the options available and suggest what would work best for you. One of the latest trends is giant LED backwalls of your content.  

  • How do I attract visitors to my stand?

    There are a number of ways to make your stand work harder to attract visitors. From eye catching graphics to attention grabbing hanging structures and props, the sky’s the limit. Sometimes less is more, particularly if you want your stand to do a great job at communicating a strong and concise message or get your brand noticed. Our experienced team knows what works and exactly how to strike the right balance between grabbing attention and getting the right message across. So not only will we create a stand designed to meet your specific objectives, we can also offer help and advice about how to really get the most from it.

In order to design the perfect artwork, we have created some easy templates. You will find the most popular artwork templates below. Click on the link at the bottom to see all templates.

  • Add 5 mm bleed all around.

    To allow slight cutting differences in production, always add a bleed of 5 mm bleed around all edges of your design. Make sure background images, colours, pictures and layouts extend into the bleed area to avoid leaving white lines as a result of cutting variations. Best to submit your file with printer's marks and  crop marks.

  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.

    Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.

  • Fonts should be at least 12 pt.

    All Fonts used in your artwork should be at least 12 pt.  

  • Check your artwork on overprint.

    Ensure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint. Unless you want this effect in your design. The degree of transparency in printing process depends on many factors like  paper, ink and the printing method used.  

  • Use color mode as CMYK .

    Prepare all your files using CMYK color mode. Make sure the color mode is not set to RGB. If you are not sure of the colour mode of your file, we can always convert this for you. Its important to keep in mind this can cause the colours to change from the original artwork file.

  • Resolution of over 150 dpi.

    Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are over 150 dpi to make images look crisp.

  • Keep 10 mm safety margin all around.

    Keep all images and text  at least 10 mm inside from the edge of the finished size.  

  • Save your file(s) in non-editable, print-ready format.

    Save your files in a non-editable, print-ready file formats (PDF , AI, EPS, JPG, PNG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.
